Privacy notice

Effective 1 September 2026

Who is responsible for your data

FLITT, s. r. o., Súmračná 3257/3, 821 02 Bratislava – Ružinov, Slovakia, Company ID 44307616, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, section Sro, insert no. 53679/B, is the controller of the personal data described here.

For anything relating to this notice or to your rights, write to info@flitt.eu.

We have not appointed a data protection officer. We are not required to, and the address above reaches the people who handle these requests.

What we collect, why, and on what basis

When you send an enquiry

The form asks for your name, company, email address, and optionally your phone number, the venue and city you have in mind, and a message. We also record that you ticked the privacy consent box, and when.

We use this to answer your enquiry and to take the steps you have asked for before any contract exists. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps taken at your request, and Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries about our products.

Providing this information is not a legal requirement, but without it we cannot reply to you.

When you allow analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 records which pages and sections you view, roughly where you are, and what device you use. We use it to understand which parts of the page are read. The legal basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Nothing is loaded until you agree, and you can withdraw at any time.

When you allow marketing cookies

If you accept marketing cookies, the LinkedIn Insight Tag records that you arrived from one of our LinkedIn campaigns. We use it to see which campaigns reach venue operators. The legal basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

We do not upload email addresses to LinkedIn, Meta or any other advertising platform, and we do not build custom or lookalike audiences.

Newsletter

We plan to send occasional updates about SkyWall. The enquiry form carries a separate, optional, unticked box for this. Ticking it is the only way you will receive them, and it is entirely independent of your enquiry: leaving it unticked has no effect on our reply. The legal basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also withdraw by writing to us.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of request, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f).

Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else, unless we are legally required to.

Nobody outside FLITT sees your enquiry. Our advisers and partners do not have access to it.

Transfers outside the EU

Netlify, Google and LinkedIn process data in the United States. Transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for a copy of the safeguards.

Two of these happen as soon as the page opens, before any consent, because the page cannot be displayed without them: the typefaces are requested from Google, and some photographs and the video are requested from Reclimb's servers in Poland. In both cases the only data involved is what any web request carries, principally your IP address and browser type. We rely on legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f), in delivering the page.

How long we keep it

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, which does not affect anything done before you withdrew.

Write to info@flitt.eu and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk, or to the authority where you live.

Automated decisions

We do not make automated decisions about you and we do not profile you.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the effective date above.
